Modern and elegant villa Emma is located in town Pag, on beautiful island Pag. Island Pag is an ideal choice for those who wish to get away from their busy everyday life, but yet having unusual locations, happenings and possible activities, from bungee jumping to sightseeing tours around the island, and all that from the palm of their hand.

Villa Emma has living space over 350 m2 that is fully air-conditioned with seven spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that are fully furnished. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with breathtaking sea view and private terrace, as well as an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. There are also two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a twin bed that shares one bathroom.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining space with a sitting area for eight guests. There is also a Finnish sauna and one bathroom. Living room guests have direct access to the ground floor terrace with hot tub and lounge furniture.

On the lower ground floor, there are three separate apartments fully furnished with dining area, living room and kitchen. Each apartment has its entrance and its terrace with garden furniture. Two flats have double bedrooms and a bathroom, while the third apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds, as well as two bathrooms.
Every room is fully furnished and equipped with flat screen TV.

Entertainment and leisure time, as well as a place for sunbathing, is secured on the lower ground floor where is large swimming pool (40m2) surrounded by deck chairs, as well as a barbecue area with outdoor dining area. Guests have a place for table tennis and children their playground area.
